R-Store offers a variety of benefits with employment opportunities. The benefits listed are only a summary and are subject to change.

Insurance Benefits

  1. Health – Two levels of coverage are offered with Riiser paying approximately 70% of the premium for the associate and his/her family
  2. Dental – Voluntary benefit
  3. Vision – Voluntary benefit
  4. Life – Company paid for full-time associates, plus a Voluntary benefit is available to include spouse and/or children
  5. Long-term and Short-term Disability – Company Paid 100%
  6. Part time associates are eligible for voluntary programs to include Accident, Cancer and Critical

Financial Benefits

  1. 401(k) – Associates are eligible to participate after 6 months of employment. Riiser Energy matches 50% of the first 4% that the associate contributes or a maximum of 2% employer contribution.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is a combined time-off benefits program and hours accrued can be used for any reason, including vacation, illness, doctor's appointments or personal business.

  • PTO begins accruing upon hire and can be used after 6 months of employment.
  • PTO taken may be reported in a minimum of 4-hour increments.
  • Associates must obtain approval from their manager prior to taking PTO unless it is an emergency situation.

Paid Holidays

Working hourly personnel are paid time and one half (1.5 of base wage) on the following observed Holidays:

  1. New Year’s Day
  2. Easter
  3. Memorial Day
  4. Independence Day
  5. Labor Day
  6. Thanksgiving
  7. Christmas Day – Working hourly personnel are paid double time (2 times base wage)

Full-time associates will receive 8 hours of regular base pay on the holidays listed above, with the exception of number two, Easter. Full-time associates not working in the Corporate Office also receive a Floating Holiday to be used upon approval from their Manager, this day is in lieu of the Corporate Office being closed the day after Thanksgiving.

Wages

R-Store believes that associates that work hard and perform well should be rewarded, thus we have a pay-for-performance appraisal system as well as other forms of non-monetary compensation.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  1. Base Wage: $9.00/hour
  2. Shift Premiums 3rd Shift: $1.00/hour
  3. Quarterly Bonus eligibility based on hours worked and Company Profitability
  4. Suggestive Sell Gifts/Awards

Assistant Supervisor

  1. Base Wage: $10.00/hour based on experience
  2. Quarterly Bonus eligibility based on hours worked and Company Profitability

Site Supervisor/C-Store Manager

  1. Base Wage: $Based on Experience
