Insurance Benefits
- Health – Two levels of coverage are offered with Riiser Fuels, LLC paying approximately 70% of the premium for the team member and his/her family
- Dental – Voluntary benefit

- Life – Company paid for full-time team members, plus a Voluntary benefit is available to include spouse and/or children
- Short-term Disability – Company Paid 100%
- Part time team members are eligible for voluntary programs to include Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness insurance plans
Financial Benefits
- 401(k) – Team Members are eligible to participate after 6 months of employment. Riiser Fuels, LLC matches 50% of the first 4% that the team member contributes or a maximum of 2% employer contribution.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is a combined time-off benefits program and hours accrued can be used for any reason, including vacation, illness, doctor's appointments or personal business.
- PTO begins accruing upon hire and can be used after 6 months of employment.
- Team Members must obtain approval from their manager prior to taking PTO unless it is an emergency situation.
Paid Holidays
Working hourly personnel are paid time and one half (1.5 of base wage) on the following observed Holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independance Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day – Working hourly personnel are paid double time (2 times base wage)
Full-time team members will receive 8 hours of regular base pay on the holidays listed above, with the exception of number two, Easter. Full-time team members not working in the Support Center also receive a Floating Holiday to be used upon approval from their Manager, this day is in lieu of the Support Center being closed the day after Thanksgiving.

Wages
R-Store believes that team members that work hard and perform well should be rewarded, thus we have a pay-for-performance appraisal system as well as other forms of non-monetary compensation.
